Fog, chilly winds continue to disrupt life in Kashmir

Fog coupled with icy cold winds and frequent and unscheduled power cuts disrupted for the fifth day on Wednesday in the Kashmir valley, where rain and snow is predicted during the next 24 hours.
Doctors and experts have advised people, having heart and chest ailment, besides elderly persons and children not to venture out of their homes in the morning and evening hours when there is fog and temperature remained sub zero.
The upper reaches in the valley experienced fresh snowfall while fog continued in plains, including Srinagar.
